What is the Vacation Planner?

The Vacation Planner is an Excel-based software solution of a staff planning board or wall chart. Designed to empower department level management of staff vacations, it manages vacation time and other staff time usage such as sick leave.

It also provides statistics and a yearly overview of the staff's vacation plans. The smallest time unit is not necessarily half a day but may also be any other fraction of a day (e.g. 0.25). The Planner is purely time-based with no financial implications.

The planner is easy to use even for a beginner. Anyone can familiar themselves with this software right from the start and even without any knowledge of Excel.

All you need to run this software is Microsoft Excel.
